This workshop will provide an understanding of the basic causes of aggression and violence in youth, an awareness of the risk factors, and the importance of the role the school and its personnel have in providing a safe and orderly environment. The workshop will provide strategies to deal with the problem using a school-wide systematic approach. Participants will learn about the latest promising and effective programs that teach our youth skills that will help them become resilient, productive citizens
